 samgyetang(삼계탕) is a traditional Korean dish made with a whole chicken stuffed with rice, garlic, and Korean ginseng, then boiled in a broth with various medicinal herbs.  It is a popular dish in Korea, especially during the hot summer months when it is believed to have cooling properties.
